Time moves slowly, but passes quickly

Slow week for Prosper in Peace as we anxiously await our architectural drawings to move forward. I spoke with Tom and he anticipates I will have the site plan to review next week.

Once approved, he'll share it with a civil engineer he knows to get the estimate for that work. I'll be curious to see how close they are to the concept I drew initially.

I touched base with the insurance agent and he reached out to the underwriter for an update. Nothing yet…the "no physical address assigned" deal can be a challenge at times.

I attended a few classes on success with Google in business. I'm learning so much about how search results display, along with tips and tricks on how to make my results stand out more when people search for terms such as 'quality memory care'.

One useful tip I learned is how to run a speed test on the website to make sure the page loads quickly for others. My rating came back at 3.8 seconds on 4G for mobile - which is poor!

I know my site creator tended to the build details appropriately as she is good about those details. I fear I created the issue with the resolution of the photos I load in my blog posts.

I will spend this next week going through the photos that are already uploaded and swap them out for others that are optimized in size. I will rerun the test and hope for better results to report next time.

I won't be posting pictures until I figure this out, but you can let me know if you have experienced any issues with access by sending me a note here: leann@prosperinpeace.org

Missed the networking event as I was sick all week and I'm just now starting to feel back to normal - thank goodness :) COVID rapids and PCR were all negative - also grateful for that good news.

Fingers crossed I'll be able to share properly sized pictures of the architectural plans in the next post.  Bonus to have the Minor Land Division complete and/or an insurance quote ~ let's all have a great week!
