Back in the swing of things

Ruby and I are home so it is time for another round of project updates. Even when there's not a lot to report, there is always something I can share as this project just keeps moving forward; and I so enjoy detailing the progress with you.

First of all, the architect reached out and they are still working on the drawings. He has also had discussions with the civil engineer to coordinate those estimates. I hope to get some final drawings from him in the next week or two.

Next, the minor land division is working its way through each of the different departments at the county. Once returned to me, I know I will have one update to make in the way I present the flood zone info, but that is all so far.

I can see this feedback on their process notes as they are entered. The guidelines are very specific so I should have no trouble updating the application as needed.

The surveyor told me to expect feedback such as this and they have agreed to partner with me for any updates needed until we are approved. I am very happy with their service.

Still awaiting the insurance quote and have contacted my agent for a status update. There were a few policies and supplements to include so I am not surprised that is taking a little bit to finalize.

I am back into my class schedule now that I am home from vacation and am scheduled to go to a Spotlight event this week for networking. I'll share details on that in the next post.
